Stolpaw woodworking company boasts a tradition of 35-plus years. A third generation of owners take good care of its reputation. Investments into extension of the existing office, manufacturing, and warehouse facilities have been the main force driving this fast growth.

Good quality products can only be made from appropriately selected materials. Our doors are made of only high-grade and carefully selected raw materials. Initial processing in our own sawmill and computer-controlled chamber drying plant brings humidity of the material down to approximately 12 %.

The technology of glued wood layers with a facing board provides for fixed dimensions, good appearance of the finished product, and reliable operation of our doors for years to come. Our glues are top quality products that assure lasting and solid joints that are resistant to humidity and variations of temperature. The highest quality is provided by our state-of-the-art plant and machinery used in the manufacturing process.

Our doors are hydrodynamically covered with only water-soluble and environment-friendly paints and acrylic lacquers. The lacquer coating of our products offers protection against harmful weather impact, UV radiation, and natural pests.

The remaining parts that complement our products – such as furniture, glass, seals, and locks – are modern-technology products which comply with all user requirements and safety standards as well as provide our doors with their unique style. All these components are authorised and certified as necessary.

A quality control system is used at each stage of manufacture in order to offer our customers only top quality products. This is demonstrated by a CE certificate that authorised our products for marketing across the entire European Union. All our items conform with the standard PN - EN 14351-1: 2006 and undergo individual quality control to release them from our plant. Each door has a unique code in order to track its production process, time and location of storage before being fitted at a customer's. The experienced and technically expert staff is of key importance to the manufacturing process, however. Stolpaw workers take regular training in order to improve their qualifications.
